Petit Ocean collects nothing. There is no account and no analytics. The only network connection the app makes is to Apple, to ask the App Store about the optional thank-you purchases. Nothing goes to a server run by nowthy.

This policy applies to Petit Ocean, an iPhone application published by nowthy, and to this page.
What the app collects
Nothing. Petit Ocean has no account and no sign-in. It contains no analytics library, no crash reporter, and no advertising framework, and it keeps no identifier and no history.
Alarms
Petit Ocean asks for one permission: to schedule alarms (AlarmKit), so that the alarm rings at the time you chose, even in Silent mode or a Focus. The alarms are kept by iOS on your iPhone. The app asks for no other permission. You can turn alarms off for Petit Ocean in Settings at any time.
The sound of waves and the video are inside the app.
Purchases
The app makes one kind of network connection: it asks the App Store what the optional thank-you items cost, and completes a purchase if you choose to make one. This uses Apple's StoreKit, so the request goes to Apple, not to us. We never see your payment details, and we receive no name, address, or email from a purchase. Apple's handling of a purchase is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Buying changes nothing in the app; every feature is free.
Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated sales and crash statistics. Those are Apple's reports, they identify nobody, and we cannot use them to reach you.
Where your settings are stored
Your wake-up time, the days it repeats, the snooze length, the alarm sound and the other settings are stored on your iPhone in the app's own preferences. The app sends them nowhere. Like other app data, they are included in your iPhone's own backups. Deleting the app removes them.
The website
nowthy.com is served by Cloudflare Pages. Requests appear in ordinary server logs, which include an IP address and are retained by Cloudflare for a short period. We add no analytics tags, no cookies, and no third-party scripts.

If you write to support@nowthy.com, we keep the message so we can answer it, and for nothing else.
Children
Petit Ocean is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. If you believe otherwise, or have any question about this policy, write to support@nowthy.com and we will answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
