It's My Time collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, and no identifier of any kind. Your list and your choice of apps are stored on your iPhone. The app connects to the network for one purpose, through Apple: to ask the App Store about the optional thank-you purchases. Nothing goes to a server run by nowthy.
Who this covers
This policy applies to It's My Time, an iPhone application published by nowthy, and to the pages under nowthy.com/itsmytime/.
What the app collects
Nothing. It's My Time has no account and no sign-in. It contains no analytics library, no crash reporter, and no advertising framework. There is no identifier and no fingerprint.
Screen Time
To show its screen in front of the apps you chose, the app uses Apple's Screen Time (the Family Controls framework), and only after you give permission. You choose the apps in a picker provided by Apple. Your choice is stored on your iPhone and is used for one purpose: to decide when the app's screen appears. It is not sent anywhere.
You can change or clear the choice in the app's settings, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in the Settings app.
Where your list is stored
The things you add, how many times you chose each of them, and the settings are stored on your iPhone, in storage shared between the app and its own Screen Time extensions. They never leave the device. Removing the app removes them.
Notifications
If you attach a link to something on your list, the app asks for permission to send notifications, so that the link can be opened with one tap after you choose it. These notifications are created on your iPhone. Nothing is sent through a server.
Purchases
The app makes one kind of network connection: it asks the App Store what the optional thank-you items cost, and completes a purchase if you choose to make one. This uses Apple's StoreKit, so the request goes to Apple, not to us. We never see your payment details, and we receive no name, address, or email from a purchase. Buying changes nothing in the app; every feature is free.
Statistics from Apple
If you download from the App Store, Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated sales and crash statistics. Those are Apple's reports, they identify nobody, and we cannot use them to reach you.
The website
nowthy.com is served by Cloudflare Pages. Requests appear in ordinary server logs, which include an IP address and are retained by Cloudflare for a short period. We add no analytics tags, no cookies, and no third-party scripts.
Email you send us
If you write to support@nowthy.com, we keep the message so we can answer it, and for nothing else.
Children
It's My Time is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. If you believe otherwise, or have any question about this policy, write to support@nowthy.com and we will answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
